Mr. Hayden was recruited by the United States Department of Defense (DOD) to serve as a Logistics Specialists (SES) for the Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) and as Chief of Staff and Acting Deputy Director of Logistics, for the Programs and Contract Office (PCO), Baghdad, Iraq. Mr. Hayden also served as Senior Energy Advisor for the DOD Task Force for Business and Stability Operations-Afghanistan engaged in carbon extraction in northern Afghanistan.

He has accumulated over 15,000 hours in commercial and military aircraft to include over 600 landings on U.S. aircraft carriers. John has extensive experience in logistical operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He was the senior advisor for port operations and logistics for the 2004 Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq.
